Terrible; Corner Gas

I heard back from Unibroue regarding Terrible, my favourite beer. The brand manager said: "Unfortunately, the beer was discontinued at our brewery in Chambly (much to my own dismay). The reason for this is that the beer was brewed specifically for the Quebec Liquor Board (SAQ) as a specialty product. After featuring the brand for several years, the Quebec Liquor Board decided to de-list the beer. Despite strong sales for the brand in both BC and Alberta, we were not able to support the minimum sales required to support a production run and therefore, the SKU was discontinued." Of course, I am saddened by this news, but I appreciated hearing back from the brewery. The beer they still sell that somewhat resembles Terrible is Chambly Noire. Naturally, there is a lot of compression, but it looks fine on my laptop screen from 10ft away. I'm pleased to see CTV taking a proactive approach to spreading their media.
